1、鋼卷吊具在運(yùn)用過(guò)程中，如呈現(xiàn)旋鎖滾動(dòng)不靈敏或不到位，應(yīng)查看調(diào)整調(diào)理螺母，再查看以下部位：

　　4、緩沖繃簧拉伸量是不是過(guò)小，若過(guò)小，則應(yīng)縮短緩沖繃簧銜接的鋼絲繩長(zhǎng)度。

　　5、運(yùn)用中應(yīng)避免鋼卷吊具指示板上的指示標(biāo)識(shí)涂料掉落。一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)，需及時(shí)補(bǔ)原指示標(biāo)識(shí)的涂料。

　　6、關(guān)于鋼卷吊具上的鋼絲繩，應(yīng)當(dāng)令地清潔并涂以光滑油或光滑脂，特別是鋼絲繩彎曲處。

5. During operation, avoid falling of the indicator paint on the indicator plate of the steel coil spreader. Once found, it is necessary to promptly replace the paint with the original indication mark.

6. Regarding the wire rope on the steel coil spreader, the ground should be cleaned and coated with smooth oil or grease, especially the bend of the wire rope.
